FormscanBy Tom Weekes - SWEET CHERRY was bought for 6,500Gns in July and while that money looks well spent following her Irish runner-up debut in a Naas maiden, her rating (49 when last seen in Britain) has now risen dramatically to 70. She finished ahead of a 103 rated rival at Naas and while clearly not in that sort of grade, might still be able to get involved. Solar Focus was handicapped over shorter distances but has failed to place in two handicap starts thus far. He was beaten when meeting a little trouble in-running at Galway and while he is open to improvement being a three year old, needs to show a little more. Caliso Bay is tried in first-time blinkers and while she looked well handicapped from her low level in the past, was well enough beaten on her latest starts. Most of Equation Of Time's racing has been done at Dundalk and he also returns from a break, with soft ground also a worry. Waterloo Sunrise is winless for 18 months but ran well here two runs ago and has place claims. Castle Bar Sling has come down the ratings but is winless for almost three years.
