FormscanBy Gary Carson - AKORAKOR looked a smart prospect when winning the point-to-point bumper at Fairyhouse in 2013 but last season didn't really work out for him. He could prove a class act here if back on song. He was very disappointing on his return last year at Naas but then ran a fine race to finish third in a decent maiden hurdle at Leopardstown. On that run he'd be hard to beat. If Not For You may be the one to give him most to do. He was beaten by a fair enough sort in Elishpour at Sligo in August on his return from a short break and there looks more to come from him over hurdles. Moores Road was also well put in his place by Snapchat at Listowel last time. The winner then was only rated 93 but the form got a boost at Clonmel on Thursday with the fourth winning a bumper. Deise Vu ran very free on his debut at Listowel and this drop in trip may help. He could be capable of better if settling. Zemario would have a shout on the pick of his hurdles form but hasn't exactly been firing on the level of late.
