Conor Hogan dictated throughout division one of the mile and a half handicap at Dundalk and gave title-chasing Colin Keane a treble on the evening.

Keane moved to within three winners of Shane Foley with this success.

The 5/1 co favourite had his rivals off the bridle racing into the final quarter of a mile.

Keane kept him to the inner and the pair boxed on well and didn't allow any other horse to get a sniff of victory.

They prevailed by a length and a half from Clonard Abbey (22/1)with Getaway Queen another length and a quarter away in third at 13/2.

"We're delighted that he's won as he's been knocking on the door for so long,” said Noel Meade.

“It's his first run on the track, he liked it and he'll be back here again I'd say.

“I's fabulous to have Colin riding for you and he's such a lovely fella as well. He's an excellent jockey.

“We've tried schooling him over hurdles and he wasn't that mad about it so he'll come back here for something over that sort of trip again.”
