Astadash She had a very good first run and for different reasons it just didn't click for her,. She was just not right on one or two of the days. I was very unlucky here from a wide draw the last day. I went for a gap and it shut in my face. I thought I would have put it up to the winner that day and gave a good performance. I looked after her and we had this race picked out, thankfully she's gone and done it. It means a lot to ride a winner in these colours because as everyone knows Frank Barry was Kevin's right-hand man at the sales and they bought many good horses together.

Patience Patience That's the first winner in my name and we had many in Colin's (husband and owner) name; I have the licence in my name two years. He did it well and he is a beautiful horse and we always knew he had it but he is well named - Patience Patience. He'll win more hurdles before going chasing - he'll win lots of races.

Sword Zorro I'm delighted he could do that. I think that's the fifth two-year-old winner for Mr Zhang from eight horses,. It's great to get that win as he's had some very good runs, including behind Wembley who has obviously done good things since. He's a nice horse and he likes that ground. I'm not sure there is much else for him now. He'll be a nice one to look forward to for the beginning of next season.

Camorra He’s a horse that was meant to go to Hong Kong but needs that ground. He travelled all the way around. Sam gave him a lovely ride and he showed a nice turn of foot to take it up. The ground is important and it’s just nice soft ground. He’s a lovely framed horse and will be a lovely four-year-old. That will probably be it for this year and he’ll be a nice horse for the spring. He’ll stay a bit further.

Maker Of Kings Sam is doing well for us, he is a really good addition this year and is fitting in really well. Since Ger released him (to ride for outside yards) he is getting plenty of experience and is very fit and for a young lad he knows his homework. We like Maker Of Kings; he was a bit feminine but has grown into himself, it has taken him this time but he will be a nice horse next year. Hopefully he'll stay on the team for us next year and I think he will winter well. He went on that ground but I think he is one of those horses who will go on any ground. I think he'll get a bit further as well. We know our horses' limits and know when to move them on and sell, but he is a horse we'd like to keep on the team.

Lady Scathach She's improving no end at the minute and she quickened up really well. She did a few bits of work early in the year like that and then she flattened off a bit but she's improving now with every run. She won over a mile on soft ground at Navan the last day, and today it was seven on good ground. She was galloping all over them a furlong down.
