He'll keep going during the summer and jump a fence in time,. The little ease in the ground helped over that trip as he probably wants two-and-a-half miles. He's been a little disappointing a few times and probably doesn't handle real winter ground.

He doesn't really let himself down on really fast ground so every shower of rain helped,. He likes tight tracks and we may run him over fences at some stage. He's a hardy devil.

He's been trying a good while and with his bumper form you'd think he would have won one by now,. He's always been arriving there smoothly and not getting home. Maybe today he got a breather at the bottom of the hill. Hopefully he'll learn to relax and get home better in his races.

He hasn't won for a long-time but I fancied him at Ballinrobe last time only for him to disappoint,. Maybe he's just too high over hurdles. I'm not sure how good a race that was but hopefully he can make a better chaser than a hurdler.

We've been a long-time waiting for that. He's a horse that's had a lot of little problems,. The rain was welcome and it worked out perfect. We'll try and get another little handicap for him.
