Magic result for holidaying owner
He was robbed in Lingfield where he looked home and hosed but he pulled himself up in front. I fancied him today and everything went to plan. He just doesn't do a stroke when he hits the front,. The owner (Sean Dalton) is out on a cruise in Florida at the moment so he'll be happy out. I really think this horse can win a big handicap during the summer, and he's a lot better than what he's rated. He has a lot of speed and a lot of class, and when he gets in a big field with plenty of speed on early it will suit him. He likes nice ground as he's a good moving horse.

He was supposed to run last week but I took him out for a pick of grass and he got down for a bit of a roll but he stumbled a bit and wasn't a hundred per cent sound,. I think he must have just bruised a foot so we decided to wait for this. He's a fantastic horse and easy to train. Big thanks to Patrick McCann for giving me a couple of horses and the opportunity with a good horse like that. He clipped into himself at the start and pulled a shoe but we've come out the other side of it and he's alright thank God.

I always loved this horse from day one, and I think he'll prefer grass,. The tactics didn't work out, as I wanted to drop him in to get some cover but he was a little bit keen. Andrew gave him a superb ride and he's one of a group of good young riders coming along at the moment. Big thanks to my staff, and the physio Sharon Kelly came in on Tuesday to give them all a rub and they are all in good form.

He's an unbelievably consistent horse. I won't say he was unlucky the last night but the 6lb made a difference and Billy is unbelievably confident on him,. He loves it up here but I don't think he'll be too bad on the turf either.
