FormscanBy Eamonn Murphy - BOUGHTINTHEDARK lost out by half a length to outsider Elzaamone over the course and distance last Sunday. She’s off a five pound higher mark now but the excellent Joey Sheridan’s claim offsets that. The Dandy Man filly has generally been in top order since the return to action in June, and though the handicapper is making it more difficult for her she could be progressive enough to cope. Of course Tide Of Time and Master Matt stand out as strong contenders on form. Kieran Cotter has a growing reputation as the man to look out for in this type of event. His Inflection Point has a definite chance after winning his maiden well at Bellewstown. A mark of 84 could be enough for him here. Despite his high head carriage he’s not one to underestimate now that he’s made the breakthrough.
