The Stewards enquired into an incident in the straight involving Carrigfergus ridden by Declan McDonog, Lady Ruler ridden by Michael Hussy, Maziona ridden by Pat Smullen and Ramla ridden by Shane Gorey.
Evidence was heard from the riders concerned.
Having viewed the video of the race and considered the evidence, the Stewards were of the opinion that Pat Smullen had ridden carelessly and suspended him for two days.
