All Those Years (4/5 into 4/7) made a winning debut for J P McManus and Charles Byrnes in the concluding Guinness Time INH Flat Race at Galway.

Despite in the words of his trainer being “green enough in the dip,” the Kayf Tara gelding was a convincing victor at the finish under Derek O’Connor, by three and three parts of a length from Tudors Glory

"It was a nice start to his career and we found a soft race probably. He travels well and we were expecting a good run because it didn't look the greatest of races,” further reflected Byrnes.

"He was in Monday night but we decided to wait for this one as we thought it might be a bit softer.

"He'll come on plenty from it. I'd imagine he'll go jumping hurdles now and a bit of easy, yielding ground would be no problem too."
