Henry de Bromhead's Low Lie The Fields has been backed from 20/1 to 8/1 for the opening Adare Manor Opportunity Series Final Handicap Hurdle over an extended 2m3f in Punchestown today.

The nine-year-old gelding was fourth on his last start over 2m5f in Limerick last month.

Hugh Morgan takes the ride and his sole previous mount on this son of Gold Well resulted in a victory in a Limerick handicap hurdle in December 2020.

Low Lie The Fields' sole other success came over a similar trip at this track in January 2021.

Willie Mullins' Fancy Girl is a drifter in the concluding Grade 3 Weatherbys General Stud Book Irish EBF Mares Flat Race.

She is out to 18/1 from 13/2.
