Gordon Elliott runs a pair of horses in the opening three-year-old maiden hurdle at Punchestown (11.40am) and Pacini the apparent second-string on jockey bookings, has been the subject of support from 10/1 to as short as 3/1.

This Poet's Word gelding won on the level in France and was widely expected to make a winning start to life in Ireland when odds-on over a similar trip at this track earlier in the month, however, he finished fifth. Jordan Gainford takes the ride.
