The ground at Galway is now Soft following further rain. This is the last day of the Festival and the feature is the Irish Stallion Farms EBF 'Ahonoora' Handicap at 3.20pm.

There are 13 horses due to go to post as Have A Nice Day and Texas Rock are ruled out. English raider Baraweez who landed this race last year, heads the market.

With Posing a non runner in the fillies' maiden at 5.30pm, Dermot Weld's newcomer Almela has shortened from 4/7 to 2/7 to make a winning debut.

Meanwhile, ahead of bank holiday racing tomorrow, Cork reports its going to be Good (on the Hurdle track) and Good to Firm, Good in places (on the Flat course). There was 4mm of rain overnight. The forecast is dry today with some rain overnight and later tomorrow.

Naas also hosts racing tomorrow and its going is Good, Good to Firm in places (after 5mm of rain overnight). The forecast is for a risk of showers later today and overnight with a generally dry day on Monday.
