FormscanBy Tom Weekes - WRATH OF TITANS is the only previous winner here and therefore gives away weight but sets a good standard in an ordinary race. He has gained plenty experience in his two seasons hurdling todate and while it is disappointing he has failed to win over hurdles thus far, the form of his most recent third placing has worked out very well (the winner was since second in Graded company while the runner-up and fourth placed both subsequently won). The step up in trip might also work to his advantage having proven himself over slightly shorter trips. Dangers looks scarce but Ruby Walsh is a very notable booking on Buck Dancing. He has shown a few bits of useful form but worryingly, was well held on his latest start. Fiddlers Bow has shown form in point-to-points and in one bumper. He makes his hurdle debut here but is possibly best watched having been well beaten over fences recently. Curragh Na Gold has needs to improve to figure but has some place claims. Old Castle Villa, rated just 91, looks exposed and needs to improve.
