Gowran Park Sat, 17th Feb, 2024  Karl Des Tourelles we had no great expectations coming here with his lack of experience but he looks a nice horse. He never ran in a schooling hurdle so probably has a bright future. Most of the others had either run on the Flat or over hurdles and it came easy enough to him and won well in the end. We might look at Punchestown now and see how that goes.

Leopardstown Sun, 4th Feb, 2024  Heart Wood He had a couple of nice runs in beginners chases and in all fairness it seemed a reasonable mark. We said we’d aim for here today and we’re delighted to win this. We’ll see what the handicapper thinks and then sit down and decide where we go.
