Naas Sun, 24th Mar, 2024  Purple Lily She's a nice filly and she wintered well. We just gave her the one run after the breeze-ups last year and she was good. I like her, the horses have done loads of cantering but they haven't done much fast work. When you are taking on a 108-rated colt you are asking them a question and she did it well. We might look at a Guineas trial and then the Irish Guineas. Newmarket might come a bit quick and I think we'll take our time. That's only what was there the day she ran, I'd say it doesn't matter. She's versatile, she has a lovely attitude and is a lovely filly to train. Hopefully we have a good year with her.

Dundalk Fri, 22nd Dec, 2023  Salah Belle She's a filly that had a little setback in the spring, but I'm just delighted with her. She just wants to please, a great attitude. She is small and speedy, and I think there is more to come because I don't think she even knew that she has had a race. I'll just see now as she has not had a break, so she might have a break and then I'll look at the programme. She's a six-furlong filly. She has a bit of filling out to do and I think she is going to grow a little bit, not a huge amount. She won on pure ability.

Dundalk Fri, 15th Dec, 2023  Clarita I was unlucky the last day when I was beaten a nose on her over six. I think the step up to seven helped her today. I thought we went a nice gallop early and I was just able to slot into a lovely position and I was very happy through the race. She travels lovely through her race and while I probably thought I got there a fraction too soon, I hit the line today. I'm delighted I'm getting the opportunities from Gavin and many other trainers to ride the likes of these horses.
