The Veterinary Officer reported that Dahills Hill (IRE) trained by Laura Morgan had arrived on course with vaccinations that did not comply with the Rules of Racing.
Morgan was fined £140 and the mare was withdrawn.
The winner High Noon (IRE) appeared to show an improvement in form, compared with its previous run at Wetherby on 7 December 2019, where the gelding finished fifth of thirteen beaten 28 lengths.
The representative of Micky Hammond explained that the gelding may have appreciated the better ground on this occasion.
Her explanation was noted and High Noon (IRE) was routine tested.
Following the race, Jackie Stephen reported that Lovely Schtuff (IRE), which was pulled up, had a breathing problem.
Rebecca Menzies reported that Ballycrystal Court (IRE), which was pulled up, had bled from the nose.
The Veterinary Officer reported that Veiled Secret (IRE), placed second, returned with a small amount of blood in its mouth having bitten its tongue.
