The Veterinary Officer reported that the representative of Robyn Brisland had presented the incorrect horse at the Racecourse Stables for identification in place of Clarity Spirit (GB) which was declared to run in the 2:40pm.
The representative of Robyn Brisland was interviewed.
Having heard their evidence, the Stewards referred the matter to the Head Office of the British Horseracing Authority, ordered that Clarity Spirit (GB) be withdrawn and blood samples taken to confirm the identity of the horse brought to the racecourse.
