FormscanBy Mark Nunan - M C MULDOON was no match for impressive stablemate Echoes In Rain when runner-up in a Grade 2 at Fairyhouse in April but had plenty of good horses behind him. He didn’t have the clearest of runs when third next time at Punchestown and was last seen when just failing to get up in the Ascot Stakes. He looks ready for this step up in trip over hurdles, although it’s interesting that the hood he’s worn in recent outings is left off on this occasion. Banbridge is a likeable type and is chasing a four-timer after beating The Little Yank over this distance at Roscommon last time. On a line of form involving the runner-up, he’s closely matched with Enniskerry who also carries a double penalty but is similarly progressive. Tucson Train won his maiden in good style at Tipperary and might improve enough to take a hand in the finish under his very capable 7lb claimer.
