FormscanBy Eamonn Murphy - No less than six of these are back over hurdles having competed in chases last time. It’d be nice to see Foxy Jacks get back on track with things having gone pretty badly awry for him over the larger obstacles. The Fame And Glory gelding has the ability to have a major say, and as a seven-year-old time is still on his side. Run in commemoration of local legend Tom Carberry, looking towards the Meath handlers mightn’t be a bad idea, and something like the Milan mare RHYTHM DIVINE catches the eye. Other Royal County runners Campeador, Thereisnodoubt, Elwood and Thunderosa are respected, but Rhythm Divine gets the nod. We haven’t seen Darragh O’Keeffe’s mount since October, and it could be that this has been earmarked as a target for some time. Confidence is buoyed by the fact that Tom Gibney’s horses are in cracking order.
