FormscanBy Mark Nunan - Having been well-backed when runner-up on debut at Punchestown, JEREMYS JEWEL wasn’t beaten far by some smart mares when fifth in a Grade Two bumper at last year’s Dublin Racing Festival. That form stands out in this company and, although an absence of 500 days is an obvious concern, her trainer’s horses have enjoyed plenty of success in recent weeks. Falcon Park ran well in a maiden hurdle at this track earlier in the month and could be a danger, while Time Gents emerged with credit when second to an odds-on favourite at Tramore. Battle Frontier and Major Wells made the frame behind a runaway winner at Tipperary and are entitled to improve. Granny Lowrie was first the post over hurdles at Kilbeggan last summer only to be subsequently disqualified, and then finished second in a bumper, so is another to consider. %0A
