Glass Slippers She’s so tough and genuine but she has a lot of class. She loves it when they go really quick but the ground was tacky today so she’s done well to cope with that. I’m absolutely delighted. Darren Bunyan has done a marvellous job with her the last 48 hours, it’s not easy handing it over to someone else but he’s produced her in tip-top shape so I’m very thankful to the Curragh and Darren. It was Terry Holdcroft’s (owner of Bearstone Stud) decision to miss the Nunthorpe and give her a bit more time and he’s obviously been vindicated. She’s an amazing filly, so simple to train and makes my job very easy. She’ll go back for the Abbaye now.

Pixel Power I'm delighted as she's owned and bred by Vimal and Gillian (Khosla) and they actually lost the mare so it was really important that she would win,. They'll keep her because it's a family they've started with. She's a full-sister to Final Frontier, who was a Group 3 winner, so she has a good enough pedigree. She might get on a roll now, you'd never know, and she's in again on Sunday. She jumped a bit slow there but she was in the stalls for a good while.

Edification itt's a great pot to land and my first premier handicap. Well Set Up won a couple of Grade 3 hurdles for me last season but he's my biggest winner on the Flat so far. It was a brilliant ride and that's the way he has to be produced. Gavin timed it to absolute perfection. He's been unlucky a few times last year, through no-one's fault. Today, on a big galloping track, he was able to produce him last minute and didn't have to look for too many gaps. Gavin has ridden three times for me and we've had two winners. He has his homework done before the race. This horse jumps out slow and loves finding trouble. We tried before to force him, and try to keep him out of trouble but it didn't work.
