Permission was given for Sudona (GB) to wear a hood in the Parade Ring.

Following the race, Daniel Tudhope reported that the winner, My Boy Sepoy (GB) hung both ways and Ryan Tate reported that Tangramm (GB), placed second, hung right-handed in the final furlong.
The Veterinary Officer reported that LYRICA’S LION (IRE), which finished last of the fourteen runners, lost its right fore and left hind shoe.
