Approximately 1 ½ furlongs out, Ezanak (IRE), unplaced, edged left causing interference to Sassie (IRE), placed fifth, who in turn interfered with Love To Breeze (GB), unplaced, but after viewing a recording of the incident, it was found that no riding offence was involved.

The Veterinary Officer reported that a post-race examination of Double Legend (IRE), during routine testing, failed to reveal any abnormalities.
