FormscanBy Eamonn Murphy - DARKENED ran twice at the Galway festival, including when winning there in early August. The Dark Angel gelding is being kept busy, but he’ll have just the one outing at this Harvest Festival. He can make it count under Joey Sheridan. A consistent and likeable sort at this level, Darkened is from a string in decent nick, and a mile and a furlong here looks right up his alley. Johnny Murtagh and Colin Keane are clearly to be feared any time they team up, and their Call Me Rocky looks very likely to get involved. Sea The Dawn, on her second start for Jessica Harrington, is another to consider. Several others have prospects of at least reaching the frame.
