FormscanBy Eamonn Murphy - Strong representation here for Willie Mullins (four runners), Noel Meade (two), J P McManus (two) and Gigginstown House Stud (two). Stable jockey Paul Townend is on Cesarewitch heroine, GREAT WHITE SHARK, of the Closutton quartet, as she arrives here off a 110 day break. The grey has performed well fresh off an absence in the past, and she should be nicely primed for this assignment where she receives a seven pound mares allowance. Elsewhere it’ll be interesting to see if new head-gear can have the desired effect, especially the cheek-pieces on the up-in-trip Diol Ker. Darasso (5th in 2019) and Mary Frances (last in 2020) have competed in this race before. Perhaps they will fare better now. However they have work on, particularly the mare.
