FormscanBy Eamonn Murphy - One of the two from the Johnny Murtagh yard, CARRYTHEONE gets the nod. The other Murtagh hope, So Suave, is also respected, but Carrytheone might be able to get the job done on handicap debut. This mile at the Curragh has been the port of call for the Lope De Vega gelding the last twice, including when triumphing from Finans Bay, with the pair clear in July. A lovely sort, it won’t be easy for the selection from a mark of 96. However the suspicion is that this could be a three-year-old on a steep upward curve. There are dangers aplenty, chief among which might be Carrytheone’s fellow classic generation contender, Frank Arthur.
