FormscanBy Mark Nunan - WOODBROOK BOY won well under an attacking ride at Tramore and can follow up off a 6lbs higher mark. He was just caught in a beginners’ chase around here last summer so handles this left-handed track just as well. Court Maid is a course winner over hurdles and was touched off in a handicap chase at Roscommon last September. She might improve on recent efforts with the addition of first-time blinkers. My Manekineko is not easy to win with (1-23 over fences) but has generally been in good form this year and ran well when ridden to pick up the pieces in a Grade 3 novice chase at Galway last week. Inishbel was maybe a bit flattered to get close to the useful Tintangle at Fairyhouse last year, but the Downpatrick maiden hurdle winner was capable in point-to-points and could get competitive in her first handicap chase.
