FormscanBy Michael Graham - AMOR VERDADERO is sure to be well schooled for this first crack at fences, and arrives in decent nick from a runner-up finish on good ground at Listowel last week. That run in a handicap hurdle was a more than pleasing reappearance from over a year off, and she ought to improve from it. Champagne Beauty has been placed in her two beginners' chases albeit beaten a fair way in them. Those experiences should stand to her although she could be a shade vulnerable. When Dynamic Allen landed a mares' handicap hurdle at Downpatrick in May last year, her trainer Brian Hamilton mentioned that she would be better over a fence in time. She is respected, but the lay-off of over 15 months is a concern. Winsor Vixen is a nine-year-old having her first go at racecourse fences, but she does have a point-to-point victory in her locker. She has been in fair form over hurdles since racing resumed in June.
