Tadem completed a treble at Tipperary for Dermot Weld and Pat Smullen as he took the last, the Follow Tipperary Races On Facebook Race, in the colours of the Bellamy Syndicate.

Weld and Smullen were earlier successful with Tested (11/8f) and Mulkeyya (4/1) and Tadem was sent off a 2/1 chance in this four runner contest.

Having his first run on the level since October of 2013 the six-year-old son of Dansili was settled in rear.

He was pushed along early in the straight and came with his challenge between horses inside the final furlong, keeping on best to lead inside the final 50 yards before going on to score by half a length. In My Pocket was sent off the 5/4 favourite and he had to settle for second under Declan McDonogh for John Oxx while the front-running Rivers Of Babylon was a further two lengths back in third.

Kris Weld said afterwards: "In fairness he's always been a decent horse but has been jumping and found it (the pace) a bit of a shock to the system as they went a fair clip.

"He'll go to Listowel for a hurdle next."
