Sole Power is set to spearhead Eddie Lynam's three-pronged attack on the Derrinstown Stud Flying Five Stakes at the Curragh on September 13th.
Moviesta and Anthem Alexander would give the County Meath handler a formidable hand in the Group Two during Irish Champions Weekend, but all eyes will be on Sole Power, whose appearances in his native land have been in short supply because of limited opportunities.
The five-times Group One winner ran his usual creditable race when fourth to Mecca's Angel in the Nunthorpe Stakes at York last week on ground that would not have suited him.
The eight-year-old holds an entry in the Betfred Sprint Cup at Haydock on Saturday week but is unlikely to make the journey as the going is expected to be soft.
"He's a wonderful horse. He ran a great race at York. Frankie (Dettori) was delighted with him," Lynam told At The Races.
"He needed to handle soft ground to win it and the winner was the best sprinter on the day, but he ran a very good race.
"I get the impression talking to Kirkland Tellwright, the clerk of the course in Haydock, that the going is very soft and the weather forecast is pretty bad, so I think he might run in the Flying Five.
"That's where he'll probably go and I might run three in it.
"I messed up with Anthem Alexander. She had a few hard races and I should have given her a break earlier.
"She's had a break now. She's put on a bit of weight and is really happy in herself again, so I'd dismiss her last run.
"She'll run and Moviesta will run.
"It took us a while to get the hang of him, then we thought we'd cracked it with him and he ran very well in the Sapphire, the Group Two up at the Curragh (third to Stepper Point).
"Unfortunately, we had a mishap in Goodwood, but he was very good the other day.
"Chris Hayes was very good and we're looking forward to running him again."
