< Coolfighter registered his fourth victory on the bounce in the Cahir Handicap at Clonmel.

Since joining Noel Dooly after landing a Tramore claimer last month, the rejuvenated six-year-old has struck at the same track and at Wexford.

Sent off a 5-2 chance to add to his sequence, he took the lead off favourite Moonmeister at the furlong pole and prevailed by a couple of lengths in a style that suggested there is more to come still.< Nidhaam showed a game attitude to win the day in the Mullinahone Fillies Maiden.

Having made the running, the 5-4 market leader was headed by Fanzine two furlongs out but she dug deep and got back up by a head, with Taaluf in the same colours as the winner, third.< Oceania Queen (8-1) showed improvement when partnered with Connor King for the first time, finishing second at Tramore, and the pair went one better in the Tickincor Handicap.

Pat Martin's filly quickened through a gap at the top of the straight and held Ed Led Jed two and three-quarter lengths at bay.< Prince Jock was a bitter disappointment in the Tipperary Claiming Race.

Last week's Laytown winner had plenty in hand of his six rivals on officials ratings and was sent off the 4-7 favourite, but the writing was on the wall fully half a mile from the finish and he trailed home in fifth.

At the business end, and in contrast to the market leader, Table Forty Six (20-1) showed a really willing attitude to keep all challengers at bay, crossing the line half a length ahead of Gun Shoot

Johnny Burke continued his excellent week when driving Saltmills Blackie (6-4 favourite) out to a five-length triumph in the New Inn Opportunity Maiden Hurdle, while the Giantsgrave Handicap Hurdle went the way of his stablemate Pierlow (7-1).
