Ruby Walsh said that the opening Supreme Horse Racing Club and Willie Mullins winner, Kemboy "jumped really well." Perhaps it was just because he was soon in front and we got a clearer view, but their second winner on the day, Cadmium seemed even more impressive in the jumping department when landing division two of the Book Online At www.limerickraces.ie Maiden Hurdle. Call The Taxie threatened danger to the French-import in the straight, but Cadmium (4/6) was excellent again over the closing couple of flights which enabled him to ward off the runner-up by a length and three parts.

They left Optimised all of twenty two lengths back in third.

"He's different from the first winner in that he's an AQPS (French bumpers) horse and the other horse is a Flat horse. I'd say they are two very different horses. This fellow will be a chaser in time whereas Kemboy is a sharper horse," reported Walsh.

"We were lucky the way the divides went - the quicker horse (Kemboy) got the better race, the slower horse got the lesser race!"
