Tony McCoy will return to the saddle for a one-off ride on the opening day of the Ladbrokes St Leger Festival at Doncaster on Wednesday 9th September.

McCoy will take part in Clipper Logistics Leger Legends Race, a Charity Flat race over one mile in aid of the Injured jockeys Fund's Jack Berry House and the Northern Racing College.

This will be the sixth running of the Charity event and other riders taking part include Johnny Murtagh, Jim Culloty, Willie Supple and TV Presenter Luke Harvey.

Harvey who is a regular presenter on At The Races commented: "I almost feel a fraud riding as a jockey against the likes of AP and Johnny Murtagh. However, its a real privilege to be involved for such a great cause."
