He won in Punchestown last month and was a close fourth when trying to defy the mandatory 6lb penalty four days later in Gowran Park. He has been freshened up since then and has an each-way chance. Sequoiaspirit is hunting a four-timer and drops back in trip. He has had a break since the start of August so a 6lb rise may not stop him going in again. He has been well placed on his winning spree and should give Conor Clarke a good spin. Miss Florentine is thriving and gets on well with jockey Robert Whearty. She has won her last two races by half a length and has gone up 7lb in the weights. This is a new trip for her, though. Silent Performance enjoyed this distance when delivering in Down Royal and a 3lb rise doesn't look excessive.
