FormscanBy Michael Graham - STEIP AMACH is very hard to get away from in this contest. Jim Bolger's filly was thought good enough to run in Listed company in her first two outings, and she showed plenty of ability in taking fourth place in both races behind Jack Naylor and Together Forever respectively. She has shown that she can handle slower ground and looks to have been found an ideal opportunity to shed her maiden status. She holds a Group 3 entry for later in the week and a Group One entry in the Irish 1,000 Guineas. Moving On Up has shown promise in her two outings when fourth in Killarney and third at Dundalk. The ground is an unknown for her but if she copes with it she should run a good race. Although Avenante has two 7s beside her name she wasn't beaten too far in those races. She could show some improvement here. Harold Peto was sixth over course and distance on debut and holds an each way chance. The Last Marju has run in hot maidens and did okay on soft ground at the Curragh. He could be competitive.
