FormscanBy Gary Carson - SWANSEA MILE, whose dam is a half-sister to exciting two-year-old filly Ainippe, ran a nice race on his debut at Tipperary in June and looks the one to be on here now. That form has worked out well with the second and third both placed again since. The Dylan Thomas gelding looks open to plenty of improvement and this probably isn't the strongest bumper for the course. Steel Wave was also fourth on his debut at Killarney recently. He didn't make much impression on the leaders then but it looked a decent contest and with natural improvement he has to be a threat. Rock N Rhythm finished mid-division in a hot Punchestown bumper won by Forgotten Rules on his sole start and this looks an easier task. He could finish a lot closer now. Money for the Gordon Elliott-trained newcomer Mr Steadfast would obviously be significant.
