FormscanBy Tom Weekes - SADLER'S RISK has rubbed shoulders with some good types and while he hasn't won very often, can add this to his tally. He was a solid staying handicapper on the flat for Mark Johnston and while he won just once over hurdles for Philip Hobbs, did run in some smart races. He won well on his chase debut in May and should go well here. Un Beau Matin made a few mistakes on his winning chase debut recently but was a capable hurdler who should win plenty races over fences. Perfect Gentleman has far more on his plate than when winning at Tipperary latest but cannot be totally dismissed having proven himself as a useful hurdler. The Crafty Butcher is similarly capable and has the benefit of three previous chase runs while Silver Tassie might struggle against a useful type. Allied Victory steps up in grade but hinted at more to come when winning on chase debut recently.
