Le Vent D'Antan is a talented sort and can be expected to improve from his debut effort over fences when he found Real Steel too strong. He could probably have done without the rain but looks a big threat to the selection. Balbir Du Mathan was probably beaten when falling two from home at Fairyhouse last month. That was an improved performance, however, and the winner Adriana Des Mottes was running a big race to finish second to Gilgamboa at Limerick on Friday before falling at the last. He is another to consider in a hot little contest.
