FormscanBy Tom Weekes - BRENDAN BRACKEN looks a likely winner here and should be able to take a prominent position from his nice draw. He is clearly in fine form, goes well on softish ground and receives weight from the top two runners, making him the adjusted top rated runner. Sruthan similarly likes an ease and while well beaten in the Lockinge (ground may also have been a little too fast) on his last run in May, this is a lesser event. He returns from a break now and also gives away a penalty. Ansgar made the breakthrough at Stakes level recently but gives away weight and might prefer a sounder surface. Custom Cut has done well for his new British based connections and has claims on overall form. Great White Eagle steps back from a more competitive level but might be best watched while the soft ground loving Alive Alive Oh returned to near her old best form when second at Gowran yesterday but isn't certain to turn out again so quickly.
