FormscanBy Eamonn Murphy - I've followed INDEVAN through since seeing him fall at the last in an Askeaton point-to-point when he was under the care of Tom Keating. Indeed the Indesatchel gelding also has two more 'fs' to his name but he was assured in that department when scoring a good win at Tipperary last time. That was a big improvement on his chasing bow when he finished well behind former stable companion Bally Longford (re-opposes now) at Kilbeggan. There's no doubt that Bally Longford will again provide stiff opposition for Indevan but Henry de Bromhead's charge is without success in two previous visits to Killarney and I can't say I'm too keen on supporting any horse on the back of a fall (that happened around here in the middle of July). Midnight Game was here in May and July and he didn't come up to the mark on either occasion. Authinger hardly has the same scope for progression as his opponents.
