His overall form last year was solid and while he was well held in a winners' bumper latest, this represents a big drop in class. His lack of a recent run is an obvious concern but a stablemate won on his comeback run at Thurles on Thursday and he is likely to be ready first-time back. Old Storm has failed to build on the promise of his point-to-point win and bumper third placing but still represents the main danger. He played up on the way to the start at Tipperary latest and while certainly not disgraced then, will need to show a lot more, on his third hurdle run, to beat the selection. Rocky Court has a rating of 102 and while he has some recent form to his name, looks vulnerable to a useful type. Lucky Fancy ran with some credit on debut at Roscommon but looks best watched on her debut hurdle run.
