FormscanBy Gary Carson - An almost impossible race to work out in recent renewals with several big priced shocks. Light weights have dominated recently so it may pay to concentrate on those down the bottom of the handicap. HEANEY may be worth a shot with only 10 stone on his back. He tends to come from off the pace and could creep his way nicely into contention. The ground is right up his street and he hinted in the Munster National last October, when keeping on nicely, that a serious test of stamina could suit. Gallant Oscar is also on a handy weight and was impressive when taking the Leinster National at Naas last month. The one worry would be that trainer Tony Martin said then that deep ground suited him. Leading hunter chaser Tammys Hill is a fascinating runner and although it can be hard to weigh up hunter form going into handicaps he doesn't look too harshly treated. The trip and ground will be ideal for him and he should run a big race. Goonyella stays well but the ground might be an issue while 2012 winner Lion Na Bearnai looks to have plenty of weight this time. Cause Of Causes deserves to be a leading contender after a cracking run at Cheltenham but horses with more than 11 stone have a poor record recently. Home Farm has looked a likely type for this race for a long time and although he was a touch disappointing at Leopardstown last time he had run a decent race in the Paddy Power previously and looks the type to excel with a test of stamina. Touch The Eden comes into this off the back of two wins last month and has some solid novice form. He seems to stay well and looks a big contender to give Willie Mullins a first winner in the race. Golden Wonder ran a nice trial race here earlier in the month and could be place material but it's the type of race where it would be hard to rule anything out with certainty and you could look at the race all day and make a case for most of them.
