FormscanBy Alan Magee - EGYPTIAN WARRIOR makes his first appearance on the Polytrack and could be interesting with Joseph O’Brien back in the saddle and over a shorter trip. The champion jockey only partnered the son of Galileo twice last year, losing out narrowly on fast ground at Gowran Park before a convincing maiden win at Listowel on a contrasting surface. The gelding only made his first appearance just over a year ago in a bumper, and could have plenty more scope for improvement. Shake The Bucket is a standing dish at this venue winning six times, five of which have been over this trip. He went close off a similar mark on his last attempt at this trip, and is certainly one for the shortlist. Catchy Lass took a maiden in good style when staying on strongly over a mile and a half here last month but faces a tough task here following an 8lb hike.
